Andhurst Walk promises to be one of the finest subdivisions in Gulf Shores.  It is located on County Road 6, approximately one-half mile west of the intersection of Highway 59 and County Road 6.  The entrance is an elegant stacked stone with heavy landscaping.  A six foot (6’) wood shadow box fence runs the entire length of the front property.

Lots in Andhurst Walk are some of the largest currently on the market.  Lots will be 75’ wide.  There will be a total of 114 lots built in Andhurst Walk.  Most lots currently being constructed in Gulf Shores are 50’ wide up to 60’.  The protective covenants require that homes have to be at least 2,000 square feet if one-story or 2,400 if two-story.  The subdivision will be on a gravity flow sewage system as the developers have paid for a lift station which will save new home builders thousands of dollars.  There will be sidewalks constructed on both side of the road which will encourage residents who like to exercise by walking or simply staying off the roads safely.  There will be several streets in Andhurst Walk with over a mile of asphalt.  For those individuals who like to walk for exercise, it can be done safely throughout the sidewalks of this beautiful subdivision.
